Return Policy

We are currently only accepting exchanges or store credit. All returns must be requested within 48 hours upon receipt. 

All merchandise must be returned in original packaging (unused + tags in-tacked), otherwise the return will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping, as we do not provide shipping label. 

We have the right to refuse a return if the items have been worn or show any evidence of tampering. There will be a 20% restocking fee plus customer will be responsible for return shipping. *** Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

As a small business, we take extra sanitary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. We want our shoppers to be happy with their purchases and we will do our best to accommodate everyone. If you have any questions, please email us.

We are not liable for any lost, stolen packages or packages damaged due to carrier. Please contract your local post office to file a claim: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

We are not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error. Please carefully check your order has the correct information before completing during checkout. 

If you notice a discrepancy on your order already placed, please email us immediately so that we can adjust accordingly on our end. We process orders pretty quickly so please make sure to contact us immediately. 

If you received the incorrect item, missing an item or an item is defective, please email us and we would be happy to resolve this issue.
